HUMAN RESOURCES

MARÍA ALEJANDRA AZAR

Maria is a Human Resources Specialist with over 18 years of experience in large to medium size companies. She has been a member of the Society of Human Resources Certified Professionals since 2017. Her experiences include recruitment, strategic staffing, training and development, performance evaluations, compensation and benefits and labor relations. She has worked closely in several organizational projects internationally and she has a vast experience with employee’s relations. In the last year, she has become a Resume writer and she is working toward her Career Coach Certification.

She is fluent in English and Spanish and received her HR Management BS degree in 2016 from Atlantic International University. She also has an associate degree as a Paralegal from Santa Fe Community College.

AIDA RINCÓN

Aida has 14 years of experience in Human Resources. She is a skilled communicator and organizer.

She has worked creating and implement Training Programs, Performance Management programs, strategic and massive staffing, compensation and benefits benchmark and maintaining a cultural sensitivity environment for employees specially for oil and gas.

She is fluent in English and Spanish and obtained a bachelor’s degree in social/industrial psychology in Venezuela and later graduated from The University of Saint Thomas with a master’s degree in Psychology.
