Training needs analysis ideally should be addressed at 3 levels:

Organizational Level

1 - Organizational Level

Training/learning needs analysis at this level would start with a review of the organization’s strategic and operational plans to achieve objectives. We will help you to identify training gaps within your organization to build strengths and address weaknesses.
Team-Level

2 - Team Level

This usually means reviewing the competency needs and skillsets within a team, against the team’s own objectives and business objectives. That is any relevant competency/knowledge to help the department be more effective.
individual-level

3 - Individual Level

At this level, the training needs come from the supervisory perspective. They are identified from one on one supervisors/employees’ meetings and review their gaps to pursuit the team objectives. It could be a training program that they are required to complete or other continued professional development.
